Do what you love = haz lo que te gusta and not “lo que amas”, The verb “amar” is for people not things. You only hear “amar” in Spanish from people on soap operas….not in normal life. I am going to change the rest of the less hurtful errors as well and use it with my counseling students so they get it completely and not have to stop and correct it along the way. It’s quite distracting!
